1. Services
My Spa by Sara offers a variety of spa services, including facials, massages, and other beauty and wellness treatments. All services provided are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice. You will be informed of the price and duration of each service at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Appointment Policy
Booking Appointments: Appointments can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly. A credit card on file is required to secure all bookings. We are unable to book an appointment without a valid credit card on file. Your information is protected, encrypted, and secure in our system.

• Cancellation Policy
  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

• No-show appointments will also incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
  After 2nd or 3rd occurrence of a missed or late-cancelled appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the missed appointment fee for any future cancellations or no-shows.

• Late Arrivals
  If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. The full service fee will still apply.

• No-Show Policy
  If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 50% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. After the 2nd or 3rd no-show, we will charge 100% of the appointment fee for future no-shows.

3. Payment
Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our website or provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and other methods as indicated on our website or at the time of booking.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Health and Safety
Consultation: Before your appointment, you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire to ensure our services are safe and suitable for you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
Contraindications: If you are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, or are undergoing medical treatments, you may be advised to refrain from specific spa treatments. We reserve the right to refuse services that may be unsafe for your health.

5. Client Conduct
Respectful Behavior: We ask all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of your appointment and refusal of future services.
Personal Belongings: My Spa by Sara is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit.

6. Liability Waiver
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Spa by Sara, its employees, and contractors from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from your use of our services, including any adverse reactions to treatments.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the total value of the services you have paid for. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise during or after treatments.
